The Secretariat manages the day-to-day operations of the coalition. It is led by the Coalition Manager, who holds responsibilities across knowledge management, technical assistance, financial management, and partnership management. It disseminates policy notes, knowledge briefs, case studies, and reports developed in collaboration with S4YE partners and engages in further conversations through its partner networks, website, newsletter, workshops and events. The Secretariat is housed in the Jobs Group within the Social Protection and Jobs Global Practice at the World Bank.
